These terms apply to wholesale purchases placed with mobexa. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that the purchase is for business or resale purposes and accepts the displayed trade terms.

Pricing and quantities
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and can change with inventory or supplier costs. The minimum order value is ₹5,000. Men's and women's watches have a minimum of 1 piece. Perfumes have no per-bottle minimum — different fragrances can be ordered as single pieces, and the perfumes in an order must total 5 pieces. Every other product follows the minimum shown on its product card.

Payment
All orders are 100% prepaid. Cash on delivery is not available. Payment is made through the displayed UPI details and the payment screenshot is submitted at checkout for verification.

Order acceptance
Submitting payment and an order creates a request for fulfilment. The order is accepted after payment and stock are verified. If a paid item is unavailable, the trade desk will contact the buyer to arrange a suitable resolution.

Shipping and packaging
Shipping depends on the parcel's weight, size and volumetric weight and is added automatically at checkout, included in the single prepaid payment; very large orders receive a custom freight quote on WhatsApp. Watch prices include premium brand box packaging. Product presentation
Product photos are intended to help identify the item. Minor differences in colour, packaging or batch presentation may occur. Buyers should confirm important specifications with the trade desk before placing a bulk order.

Cancellation and replacement
Because stock is reserved and prepared after a prepaid wholesale order, cancellation is not guaranteed once processing begins. Verified damage, shortage or incorrect-item claims follow the Replacement Policy and require a continuous uncut 360° unboxing video.
